1.Introduction
Outreach Tours is a social travel company that develops and operates safaris in East Africa. We believe in making a positive impact on African communities, which is why we reinvest a portion of our profits into projects that benefit local people and conservation efforts. Our safaris are designed to give our guests an authentic experience of East Africa, while also supporting local economies. We work with only the best guides, outfitters, and lodges to ensure that our guests have a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our mission is to provide 10,000 Travel Tour Packages with social impact in East Africa.
2.Booking and Payment
2.1 To book a safari with Outreach Tours, you must complete and submit the online booking form on our website.
2.2 A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the safari must be paid at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the safari.
2.3 If the booking is made less than 60 days before the start of the safari, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.4 All payments must be made in US dollars or Kenyan Shillings.
2.5 Outreach Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
3.Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 If you need to cancel your safari, you must notify Outreach Tours in writing as soon as possible.
3.2 The following cancellation fees will apply:
More than 60 days before the start of the safari: deposit will be forfeited
60 to 30 days before the start of the safari: 50% of the total cost of the safari will be forfeited
Less than 30 days before the start of the safari: 100% of the total cost of the safari will be forfeited
3.3 In the event that Outreach Tours has to cancel the safari due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of all payments made, but we will not be liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred by you.
4.Travel Insurance
4.1 Outreach Tours highly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected events or cancellations.
4.2 You will be required to provide proof of travel insurance at the time of booking.
5.Health and Fitness
5.1 You should consult with your doctor before booking a safari with Outreach Tours, particularly if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by the conditions on safari.
5.2 Outreach Tours reserves the right to refuse participation in a safari to any person who is not in good health or fitness.
6.Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations
6.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any required visas for the countries that you will be visiting on your safari.
6.2 It is also your responsibility to ensure that you have any required vaccinations and to take any necessary precautions to protect yourself against tropical diseases.
7.Responsibility
7.1 Outreach Tours acts only as an agent for the owners and contractors providing means of transportation, accommodations, and other travel services and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect, through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the safari, or otherwise in connection therewith.
7.2 Outreach Tours shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or baggage.
7.3 Outreach Tours shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from war, civil unrest, or any other similar event.
7.4 Outreach Tours shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from acts of nature or any other event that is beyond our control.
8.Changes to Itinerary
8.1 Outreach Tours reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary at any time, if deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of our guests or for any other reason beyond our control.
8.2 Any changes made to the itinerary will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
9.Complaints
9.1 If you have any complaints about any aspect of your safari, please inform the Outreach Tours representative as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve the issue.
9.2 If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the Outreach Tours representative, please submit your complaint in writing within 30 days of the completion of your safari.
10.Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
11.Acceptance
11.1 By booking a safari with Outreach Tours, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
